Every day at approximately local sunset WCTS Radio is required by the Federal Communications Commission to reduce our broadcast power from 50,000 watts to 4,000 watts at night. As a result some may find it difficult to receive WCTS.
To improve reception, try turning your tabletop radio until it picks up a better signal. Or you can use your computer, tablet, or smartphone to listen to our stream online. (Do be sure your device’s data plan accommodates streaming.)
WCTS returns to its full 50,000-watt day signal tomorrow at local sunrise.
