Throughout 2025, but especially in the month of June, WCTS is celebrating our 60th Anniversary on the air. We began broadcasting the Gospel on June 26, 1965, and how we’ve grown since!
To commemorate some of our history and look forward to a bright future, our Operations Manager Sebastian Basaldua, has produced a five and a half minute video which you can view below.
The video features past and present staff members reminiscing as they tell the story of this radio ministry including Pastor of Fourth Baptist Church as well as President of Central Seminary and WCTS Radio, Matt Morrell; Roy Beacham; Peter Silseth, past Operations Manager; Linda Russell; Todd Benson, on the announcing staff since 1987; Kimball Cummings, retired General Manager; Don Odens; and current General Manager Steve Davis.
God has been at work through WCTS Radio for 60 years. We look ahead to many more years of radio ministry as God provides. Thank you for your support!
